"These Pretzels Are Making Me Thirsty!"

That famous quote comes from an episode of Seinfeld in which Kramer gets a part in a Woody Allen movie. Now comes the trailer for Allen's latest Whatever Works, following on from the dire poster a couple of days ago, which stars Larry David who was one of the key writers on Seinfeld and the inspiration for George Castanza. The line is not in the trailer, but we can keep hoping it appears in some way through the movie. Maybe Larry can be eating pretzels in one scene. That would be enough!

The trailer is very funny. "Not now... I mean eventually!" had me LOLing, as did the line about religious psychotics always praying at his door. Nice one. Patricia Clarkson isn't in it much, but she appears to be having a blast, however there is a difference between "having a blast" and outright stealing the movie, which is probably what it's going to take to get her nominated for an Oscar (the Academy seems oddly resistant towards Patty, don't you reckon?)
