Being John Malkovich Carl Williams

Courtesy of DefamerAU comes this Tropfest-winning short entitled Being Carl Williams. As many short films are it is a one joke affair, but it's a good joke and considering Gyton Grantley's LOGIE success last night it seems quite relevant. It was written and directed (and a couple of other things too) by Abe Forsythe who you might remember as the writer/director of Ned. Or, better yet, maybe you don't. My favourite bit is the American Psycho-inspired monologue at the end. "My Perfect Weekend" indeed.
